As an alternative to purchasing on line send your order by post stating the product required and post it together with a sterling cheque made out to "Assimilating -Talent".
The items specified will be posted within 14 days of the order having been received at our offices. If within 7 days you decide to change your mind about your purchase, for whatever reason, you may cancel your order simply by emailing Assimilating-talent.com or telephoning us at (44) 01727 838321 and stating your desire to cancel your order. If payment has been received by Assimilating-Talent at that time a full refund will be made. A VAT invoice will be sent with your order. VAT No: 738 0075 38
Assimilating-Talent reserves the right to refuse any order made and to return any monies received without obligation.
Assimilating-Talent is not liable for delays or non conformance due to events beyond its control. Assimilating-Talent guarantees that all DVDs, CDs and tapes are free from material defects. If a fault is detected simply return the product, together with the original wrapping, and a replacement will be sent to you by return. This does not affect any statutory rights.
Acceptance of goods implies acceptance of Assimilating-Tallent's terms and conditions and that the entire agreement between Assimilating-Talent and the purchaser is contained within the Assimilating-Talent website. This website and products are governed by English law unless otherwise decided by Assimilating-Talent.
